SOCAP Australia is delighted to present our 2nd Crisis & Consumer Response event,  CCR13, exploring case studies, practical exercises and expert opinion around best practice consumer, customer or complaint management in the event of a crisis incident.

Contact centres, dispute resolution teams, management teams and leadership teams are under increasing pressure to assist consumers in times of crisis – during extreme weather events and emergencies such as earthquakes, PR and media disasters, extortion attempts and product recalls or online technical glitches that could disable services across the country. The pressure to manage these uniquely challenging situations comes at a time of great stress for both the themselves and the customer.

CCR13 has been designed to address this need in our membership, providing the new skills, new expertise and new vision needed by professionals who work in, manage or lead those in consumer-facing roles.


Program at a Glance
Day One: Thursday 21 March 2013
  •   9am to 5pm CCR13 Opening and plenary sessions
  •   6.30pm to 10.30pm CCR13 Networking Dinner

Day Two: Friday 22 March 2013
  •   9am to 3pm CCR13 program including breakout workshops
  •   3.30pm Optional shuttle to the airport
                           
  All full registration fees include one ticket to the CCR13 networking dinner

Accommodation
With the conference venue located on the city side of  Darling Harbour there are numerous accommodation venues available for you to choose from.  We are currently not holding bookings at any venue.
