The one-lap swim course encompasses the Busselton Jetty, the longest in the southern hemisphere, followed by the new look bike course, which continues the races famous Ironman Western Australia tradition for being flat and fast.

The run course takes in the coastal paths alongside Geographe Bay, which is amongst the most scenic on the Ironman circuit. As well as being flat and fast event, the Australian summer can bring warm conditions, but the day cools towards the afternoon by winds from the south.
