Course
The swim takes place on a course parallel to the beach. The short course swim is mainly in shoulder-deep water.
The bike course follows the Rabbit Island Access road south to a turning point just beyond the bridge, then returns for a lap of 7km. Competitors in the sprint event complete this loop three times.
The run and walk course combines road, grass and gravel track for a 1.25km circuit to the west of the transition area. Multiple laps will be completed to make up the distance in the various entry categories.
