Southland Summer Challenge 2011
Saturday 10th December 2011 - Gore, Southland

Entries will be taken on the day and will incur a $10 late entry fee.
The Southland Summer Challenge consists of 5 events catering for athletes of all abilities.  December is great timing for this event as it provides the perfect buildup for anyone doing Challenge Wanaka, Lake Wanaka Half or Coast to Coast.

Situated in Gore, it is less than 2 hours drive from Dunedin or Central Otago and only 45 minutes from Invercargill.  The course is undulating and provides the perfect challenge for all athletes.


76.5 Challenge
1.5km Swim, 60km Bike, 15km Run

Sprint Triathlon
750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run

Junior Event (Under 16) 
200m Swim, 9km Bike, 2km Run
NOTE: ENTER ON THE DAY ONLY - $20 ($5 discount for Tri Club members)!

Coast to Coast Buildup
14km Kayak, 1km Run, 40km Bike, 10km Run

Duathlon
500m Run, 30km Bike, 5km Run
