This form is to be completed where an Age Group Athlete would like to be considered for selection for the New Zealand Team for the ITU Age Group World Championships and there were special circumstances that prevented them performing to their potential or not racing at the selection race. All Special Circumstance Forms MUST be received by Triathlon New Zealand no later than 2 working days after the primary selection race. No exceptions. Special Circumstance Forms must be submitted with official supporting race results from the last 6 months, if no supporting results are supplied your application will not be considered.
A $50 administration fee must be paid for each Special Circumstance application, payment is made online at the end of this form.
