How fast can you ..... Run - Bike - Row ?

 

The Clock starts ...

Run 1000 m
Bike 2000m
Row 500 m

.... The clock stops !

Just find the equipment your gym uses. Ask a personal trainer to verify your time and submit your results on line (Personal Trainers may charge you for their time) Include trainsitions split time: End of Run - End of Bike - End of Row.
